At placosonkickz, every item is made to order and customized specifically for each customer. Because of this, we maintain a strict no return and no refund policy. Please read the information below carefully before placing your order.

No Returns or Refunds

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any products once an order has been placed.

Each item is custom made after purchase, which means we cannot restock or resell items.

Sizing Responsibility

We provide detailed sizing charts and product information on our website to help customers choose the correct size before purchasing. It is the customer’s responsibility to review the size chart and product details before completing their order.

We are not responsible for incorrect size selections made by the customer.

Order Changes or Cancellations

Because orders go into production quickly, orders cannot be changed or canceled once they have been placed.

Shipping Responsibility

Once your order has been shipped and is in the possession of the shipping carrier, placosonkickz is no longer responsible for the package.

This includes:

  • Lost packages

  • Stolen packages

  • Delivery issues after shipment

Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly for any delivery issues once tracking has been provided.

Incorrect Address

If a customer enters an incorrect shipping address, placosonkickz is not responsible for lost or misdelivered packages.
